Concealed Weapons

The North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation is responsible for receiving and processing applications for concealed weapon permits and issuing permits to North Dakota citizens. To obtain a permit, a testing process must first be successfully completed, and approval of the application must be recommended by local law enforcement in the jurisdiction where the potential permit holder resides.
